The project brief set the location in Upper Manhattan on the fifth story of an existing building with a 40'x60' column grid. Designed with the Art Deco Revival style in mind, this 2500 SQFT apartment has a separated guest quarters and a master suite that overlooks central park.

DINING ROOM

Featuring a double sided fireplace and winerack wall, this elegant space has a beautiful backdrop of the city below.

THE VIEW

Overlooking the city during the twilight, the sunburst design continues the Art Deco motif that is found throughout the residence.

BUTLER'S PANTRY

Moving through the dining room you are met with the open Butler's Pantry that services as a food-prep station and extra storage for the kitchen.

KITCHEN

Equipped with a double oven and custom floor tiles, this kitchen is light and inviting.

HIS STUDY

This apartment comes with both a his and her study, both of which feature coffered ceilings and a scenic overlook at the city below.

MASTER BEDROOM

Flanked by sliding doors that allow the space to be fully opened up to the rooftop terrace, this master bedroom also boasts a custom light feature and is accented by brick wrapped columns.

WALK IN CLOSET

Attached to the master bedroom, the walk in closet holds both upper and lower storage and a built in makeup vanity.

MASTER BATH

This master bath includes a waterfall walk in shower, standing tub, and a double vanity sink for him and her.

SUNROOM

Within the master bedroom is a reading nook that borders the rooftop terrace.

Overlooking Central park, this terrace draws inspiration form the New York Highline with its wondering grass erupting from the concrete and also features two fountains.
